Water Retention: Fluid in your legs can be caused by many issues, some quite serious. You need to be personally evaluated by a physician. There is no magic pill for every medical condition. Once the cause is determined, appropriate therapy and medication can be recommended.

Fluid retention: Fluid retention may indicate on of many diagnosis. The cause has to be addressed rather than just trying to mask the symptom. You will need to be examined, perhaps imaged, probably lab tested, to answer "why." Then you can be appropriately treated.
