Follow up question - if you have a bilaterial adrenal hemorrhage and you only have one adrenal gland what symptoms/ biochemistry results would you expect to see ?

Adrenal hemorrhage : With only one adrenal gland, a hemorrhage may compromise adrenal function, and depending on the extent of the hemorrhage, adrenal hormones may be diminished. See your endocrinologist to go over the lab results.

Likely none: There are many people who have had nephrectomy and function fine with only one adrenal gland.
