The only way to know for sure is to go get a Covid test otherwise you are just guessing.

Did you get Covid vaccine. If you did it is unlikely to be Covid. If you are not vaccinated, get tested and get vaccinated. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
