Is having natural "resistance" against covid-19 a familial trait? if one of 3 sisters gets a mild case, would the other two also have mild cases?

COVID-19.: Good thought, but I think nobody knows for sure at this point. COVID-19 gets into human alveolar cells via ACE2 receptor. Some previous studies showed that the level of ACE2 expression and its polymorphism play a role in determining the susceptibility of individual to COVID-19. In addition, the individual's immunity that is genetically controlled also dictates the severity of the infection.
