Breast veins: Enlarging breast veins are very common during pregnancy due to increased venous flow and hormonal changes. These veins are usually blue veins called reticular veins. Nothing needs to be done about these and they should resolve following delivery and cessation of breast feeding. If the vein is tender then see a vein specialist to ensure that it does not have phlebitis. Try applying moist heat.
