Little or no risk: Oral to penile HIV transmission is exceedingly rare, if it occurs at all; there has never been a reported, scientifically documented case. And if you had standard HIV testing, i.e. an antigen-antibody ("4th generation", "duo") test, the result is conclusive. The current antibody-only tests ("3rd generation") are conclusive by 8 weeks. Old advice to wait 3 months is no longer necessary.
