No restrictions ever: Everybody needs to exercise. We protect puffins because puffins are endangered; there is no such thing as protecting hymens. Hymen is like a hairstyle, so it really doesn't matter how it looks. Usually, only in cases of alleged sexual assault upon girls and women do we physicians engage in the careful examination of hymens, collecting evidence of physical damage to be used later in courts of law.
