About privacy: We are in the digital age, so it is very hard to stay completely private, as everyone living in this era knows. To maximize privacy, one gets a primary care doctor who is in a separate medical company from the doctors taking care of the rest of her family. She gets her own health insurance, rents a P.O.Box instead of mailing things to her home, and uses a pharmacy that her family does not use.
