A member asked:

Why do i have a swollen lymph node in my groin ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibilities: The lymph glands work to sift through body serum that arrives in its network to remove debris & germs. They become active when the area they sift (the leg or nearby genital skin) has a skin irritation/infection.They can sometimes enlarge after a viral illness or vaccination. An exam and review of your history would be needed to sort this out.
