For the past few days, i have been experiencing a very slight, but annoying, pain in my right testicle. it is very on and off, but mostly seems to effect me while im sitting down doing work on the computer. no other symptoms besides slight pain. ?

Doctor can evaluate: Testicles in a college-aged guy should not ache for no reason. His primary care doctor can check, and send for a testicular ultrasound scan if needed. Testicle area aches and pains can be due to too much motion during sports (lack of a jock strap), an inguinal hernia, prolonged erections, trauma (getting hit, kicked), torsion (an emergency), certain infections, testicular cancer, etc...
