Pain in upper left back when coughing like i guess by my rib cage its right were my bra sits.what could this be? google has me worried about a p.e. cause ive had pain in my right arm by the inside were it bends. any idea?

Back pain: Pain in that area could be from lung problems, rib or scapula pathology, impingement of a nerve running between 2 ribs or by a bulging disc or spur in the vertebrae of the midback or by early shingles with a rash impending. A blood clot, if present, in an arm vein could travel to the lungs. See your physician if symptom persists. Appropriate testing will be done.
