IF it is gassiness..: A primary care doctor or a stomach specialist can help figure out why. A common reason for gas is lactose-intolerance, in which a person does not have enough enzymes to digest lactose (milk sugar in dairy products). One can try NOT eating anything with dairy (except lactose-free milk is okay), for one month, and see what happens. Another cause of gas is eating too much fiber or "sugar alcohols."
