A 31-year-old female asked:

Maybe not: Vaginal "looseness" is usually a function of childbirth breaking down the vaginal musculature and supports. However, large weight gains with chronic coughing can do the very same thing over time due to increased intra-abdominal/pelvic pressure. Have your GYN MD examine you to determine what is "loose" and what can be done about it.

Exercise : Adding exercise and self control by reducing portion intake and eating the right foods while counting calories is best. Increase fruit and fiber intake if not eating enough. Take a yoga course or start swimming if not already. Good, low impact exercises. If considering surgical options, know that the best procedures and surgtons usually require that one starts losing weight first.

Scrotal pain in the vas deferans--can it be torsion?

Scrotal pain: This question can't be answered properly on this forum. I recommend that you seek immediate medical attention to ensure that you don't have torsion. Torsion is time-sensitive and can only be diagnosed by physical exam and either a scrotal ultrasound or testicular scan. Seek immediate medical attention is my best advice to you. www.peedoc.com @drhtay.
