Gynecology exam: From the nature of your description it is not clear exactly what the lesion on your vagina may be. I therefore strongly encourage you to have a gynecology exam as soon as possible. The gynecologist will take a history & examine you. A biopsy of the lesion may be necessary. Sexual counseling should also be offered to you by the gynecologist. The sooner you are properly examined the better!
