UTI vs yeast: The irritation and urinary pain from yeast usually are "external" -- pain when urine contacts the vaginal opening and labia. UTI discomfort is "internal" -- it feels "inside". UTI usually has urgent and frequent urination as well; yeast does not. However, these are only clues, not definite. You need to get medical care to know for sure and get the right treatment. Good luck.
