Red tender "nodes": Probably not cancer. May also not be lymph nodes, but rather other anatomic structures such as salivary glands. May be residual infection from last abscess, or perhaps a new abscess, or gum/bone disease. Before arriving at a treatment plan the cause of your problem has to be diagnosed. To do this you will require a comprehensive oral examination. Please see your Dentist before this gets worse.

Tooth Abscess: Difficult to understand your post. If "took it out" means you had the tooth extracted, it could mean you have a residual infection. If "took it out" means you "took out" the abscess with antibiotics, then you also are still infected. Please follow up with a dentist for additional care.
