Could be reflux dz: Could be GERD- gastroesophageal reflux disease , gastritis-pregnancy precipitated, gas colic , secondary to constipation etc. Remote possibility is gall stones acting up. Try antacid tablets/gels like tums,mylanta . If not improving see your doctor. you may need prescription medications to reduce acidity. you need to take less spicy, less greasy foods and fried foods.
