I suggest you make an appointment with a local oral surgeon, a dental specialist for these types of issues. Tests may be needed, even a biopsy, to determine what is causing this lesion. Then treatment can be implemented.

Needs attention: Any oral lesion that does not completely self heal in 2 weeks deserves further attention. Canker sore should be healed by now. Please see a specialist Oral Surgeon or a specialist Oral Pathologist for an evaluation.
