A member asked:

I get migraines alot, what would be best for that ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Medications, etc...: There are a variety of medications that can stop a migraine after it has started, as well as help to prevent migraines from occurring in the first place. One's primary care doctor can decide what is best for you. It's helpful to keep a headache diary to record when you get headaches and their possible triggers (chocolate, caffeine, menstruation, etc.). That helps avoid the triggers in the future.
