Our 2 year old son has had problems due to hipospadia . he had 3 ops already to correct it . he now has a red colour on his scrotum we dont know i we would take him to the gp or specialist or if its just normal rash he does complaint about pain ?

GP: Starting with GP will be best at this point. Symptoms point towards an infection, either fungal or bacterial.
