Not unusual: Breast feed babies can put out watery seedy poop that just reflects their diet. The green is bile added to poop in transit & has no importance. If it stays in longer it turns yellows or browns. The 4 wo would be expected to put out 1/2 to 3/4 cup /day of poop. If the watery volume is much more I would have it evaluated.
