I gave birth on the 3rd of january and went home on the 6th of january 2020. after a day at home i felt a lump on my anus area and read about it. it wasn't painful. but the pain started yesterday and i felt the second lump. any medication for these?

Medication for: swollen hemorrhoids may be useful. The concern would be worsening pain could mean thrombosis (blood clot) in the hemorrhoid, possibly needing surgical drainage. An exam with your doctor is appropriate.
