Shoulder pain: It could be very uncomfortable and can be due to neck pain radiating to shoulders, stress, trauma, inflammation of muscles/tendons of the shoulder. You are quite young to have arthritis. Try OTC pain medications and if it does not help then feel free to consult a physician.
