Probably no risk: Unprotected sex probably is safe; the chance of HIV transmission from someone taking ARVs is extremely low, probably aero. In addition, the risk of HIV from a stab wound is very low, assuming the assailant had not cut him/herself with the knife in the previous minute or two. However, actual risks should be discussed with the doctor or clinic that prescribed the ARVs. Good luck.
