Get healthy (get rid of any aches, pains, stiffness, or tummy gurgling). Avoid any drugs like caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, or over-the-counter sedating or stimulating medicines. Sleep enough and properly (same daily schedule). Maintain a happy mood (avoid anxiety, fear, sadness, etc..)
