Many possibilities: I see you are 27 - so the most common would be a pregnancy - and get a blood pregnancy test just in case you are getting a false positive urine test - so if not pregnant - this could also be due to weight issues (either over or under weight), this could be due to a thyroid condition, this could be due to a psychiatric condition such as anxiety, and this could also be PCOS - so get seen by a MD.
