What should i do to assist toddler with external hemorrhoids?

???????????: In 4 decades as a pediatrician I never saw any external hemorrhoids on a kid. If they did it would suggest a big problem internally.They do develop skin tags and other issues. I would have the kid seen to decide what you are dealing with to determine what if any care is needed.
