Im 25/26 weeks pregnant have light yellow, watery discharge only when moving around, smells rather sweet not like urine, have to wear a pad otherwise soaks my underware. has gotten worse in last 2-3 weeks is this something to be worried about?

Possibly urine,: bladder pressure causing leakage is common. The more worrisome source would be amniotic fluid leakage, this should be checked as to the source. Your doctor or the OB unit at the hospital, could be the best source for checking this to be sure.
