Fertility ?'s: First obtain a sperm analysis by a urologist. At the same time, have your wife ask her gyn for a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to make sure her tubes are open (an x-ray with sterile fluid instilled into the uterus). But, if your wife's "periods" are irregular, and hormonal issues are contributing to infertility, ask for a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist to guide the fertility issue.
