There is a reason: One's primary care doctor can help find the reason. In general, humans are interested in having sex with certain members of the opposite sex. The reason is survival of the species, but individually it is the built in desire to pass one's genes to the next generation of people. Humans are complex, and hormonal plus psychological reasons are the likely causes of low sex interest.
