If a person was drinking fluids more and urinating frequently, would he or she become constipated?

Probably not: Constipation may be more likely with severe dehydration. If drinking enough fluids to not be thirsty, fluid intake has little or no effect on stool consistency and causes neither diarrhea nor constipation.
