Calmospetine: Contains menthol may burn the anus so would not use it. The active compound is zinc oxide found in Desitin which is used all the time for diaper rash which is often fungal. it can help in minor fungal infections, as may OTC Monostat which is a true anti-fungal agent and is used vaginally - but for more severe you need prescription medication or oral anti-fungal medication .
