Primary care doctor: One's primary care doctor can help, and may refer to other specialists as needed. The basic premise is to find out what a patient is capable of and then look for a lifestyle and job that matches what she is capable of. This is the same premise when we see young adults who had a birth disability, or veterans injured in wars, etc... What one's current strengths are, is what we focus on.
