Wouldn't think so: Drooling is just drooling. In a normal healthy person it doesn't mean heartburn or any other problem unless the person is having symptoms. Then, the details matter. One's primary care doctor can listen to the whole story and evaluate to see if there is a medical condition leading to the drooling.
