I had insomnia, and after i woke up, i felt diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain and a strange pain behind the knee. i have a small aversion to milk, but no other allergies. what can it be?

Doctor can evaluate: Teens with such symptoms may have a stomach virus, food-related illness, or occasionally something else such as appendicitis. Stomach viruses may start with vague symptoms, but vomiting and nausea are most prominent symptoms in first 1-2 days. Vomiting is usually followed by onset of diarrhea, lasting 2-4 days. Fever can be part of illness. One's doctor can examine to see what's going on.
