Breathe Easier!: There are many non-medication options for nasal congestion. Things to look into: breathing in steam (don't burn yourself! Steaming up the bathroom with a hot shower works just fine); holding certain scents near you nose and breathing in gently (mint, eucalyptus); sinus efflurage/sinus drainage massage. You can search YouTube for videos on how to do this massage/drainage technique yourself!
