Goodday, i have been sterilized about 6-7years ago. i visited my gynecologist about 2years ago. he said i have pocs because of the sterilization. how can i treat this with out using birthcontrol? as the symptoms are back.

PCOS ?'s : PCOS whether post sterilization or not should be treated with oral birth control pills, as the effects of sustained estrogen production from your ovaries can cause uterine dysplasia , which oral bcp's will minimize. Tubal ligation does not cause PCOS, but it should be treated for the preceding reasons.
