Will metronidazole show up in a lab urine drug test. i was told it has methyl in it therefore it's shows up in a lab drug test for amphetamines??

Unlikely: Haven't seen reports of metronidazole (Flagyl) causing false positive drug screens for amphetamine or methamphetamine. That said, there are some prescription and some over-the-counter drugs that do sometimes cause false positive drug screens.
