Im 18 with high cholesterol do i need to be on any medications?

How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, try to lose weigh, reduce your intake of saturated fats and exercise at least 30 minutes/day. Your doctor will need to determine if you need to be on medication.
