Molluscum: From a study noted in a Cambridge press article from Epidemiology and Infection 2009 the natural history of Molluscum can be a maximum of three years. The researchers studied a population from Fiji. Each outbreak lasted two months and the lesion would fall off not leaving a scar. The average length of infection was 6 months.
