Post nasal drip: Avoid excessive dryness from heating or air conditioning. Use a humidifier if needed. Get evaluated for sinusitis by an Otolaryngologist. An allergist can be consulted. Avoid irritating fumes. If you also have nasal congestion, use nasal decongestant spray sparingly.
