I have common cold and flu symptoms, lot of congestion but a constant cough specially at night. my baby girl (3) has the exact same. we have been using sinuprep, corenza and sinustat. as well as cough syrup, nothing seems to help.

Most don't: Such products also have proven of little if any value in kids under 6 yo if then. True flu, confirmed before 48 hrs into symptoms can respond to specific anti-viral meds. They have little value if taken later.
