No: The bubbles and foam are normal in the urine specially in young men in which case, te urine is usually mixed with some sperm and seminal fluids. Nevertheless if the foam is to much and is present all the time you should have a urine test looking for protein loss in the urine which could be due to a problem in the kidneys.
