Proteinuria: Foaming of the urine could mean there is protein spilling into it. Your 24 hr urine test will clarify this a bit more.

Not proteinuria: This is your normal bladder mucus. Peeing into the water makes the surface turbulent and traps bits of air. Stop reading stuff that makes you worry and be glad for good health.
