My toes have been dead for about 6 months know, what could be the cause and do i need to go see a dr? i dont have diabetes, i do work in hospitality so im on my feet most of the time.

Neuropathy: Besides diabetes, other causes of peripheral neuropathy include vitamin B12 deficiency, alcohol excess, certain medications and toxic substances. A neurologist can evaluate you for diagnosis. Appropriate testing will be done.
