i am 34 weeks pregnant,i am having consistently loose stools after meals and hemorrhoids on my anus area..please help with advice on what i can do if its not normal during pregnancy ?

Diarrhea after meals: Loose stools after meals may be due to lactose intolerance, which is more common after 30. Avoid milk or milk products (foods containing lactose) as a trial, but if loose stools persist, as your physician for medication. Hemorrhoids are common at 34 weeks of pregnancy, as the weight of the fetus obstructs hemorrhoidal veins, causing local clots. Consult your OB for treatment.
