Yes: Certainly sick to your stomach. More common symptoms are abdominal pain and diarrhea, especially (but not always) with blood and/or mucus. There are many, many other causes of nausea and vomiting, however, even in patients who have confirmed crohn's, so we often have to carefully sort out symptoms before blaming crohn's.

Yes: Yes. Patients with crohns will vomit either because they have a bowel obstruction or because the inflammation in the intestinal tract is severe enough to make them feel sick. Patients with crohns in their upper intestines or stomach will be more prone to vomiting. By contrast, patients with inflammation in their lower intestines will be more prone to diarrhea.
