Left lower abdomen: Left lower abdominal pain can be for various reasons. This can include bowel problems like diverticulitis, colitis, obstruction or even simple constipation. Females with gynecological problems can have left lower abdominal pain because of ovarian , Fallopian problems or perhaps a fibroid of the uterus. Urological problems such as UTI or kidney stone.
