I think i swallowed my bottom permanent retainer . my throat is sore. i did eat and i didnt feel anything getting stuck. im just worried ?

Because retainer is a wire sharp at both ends, there is considerable risk of perforation. The appliance will have to be located and either followed or removed. Call your Orthodontist. Localizing the wire may require x-rays or CAT Scan. Once localized a treatment decision can be made.
