Nausea can be due to many things, such as: stomach virus infection, other viral infection (such as flu), some bacterial infections (such as strep throat), stomach acid reflux, gastritis (maybe H. pylori), gall bladder or liver disease, certain cancers, pregnancy, kidney diseases, anxiety, depression, meds, etc...
